Founder and President of the EU–Belgian–Albanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EUBACCI), Enida Rrapaj is a Brussels-based lawyer admitted to the Bar of Brussels and the Bar of Tirana. She specializes in international trade law, business and company law, arbitration IP &IT law, and white-collar crime, with regional expertise in Italy, Belgium and Albania, also part of the China desk at Dewit law office. Holder of multiple advanced legal degrees from the Université libre de Bruxelles and the University of Bologna, she leads EUBACCI’s strategic development, institutional partnerships, and international representation before European and global bodies.

Gega Efendija is an entrepreneur with extensive experience building cross-border ventures between Belgium and the Western Balkans. He began his career in Belgium at EY and later SWIFT, gaining early exposure to international business environments, complex stakeholder ecosystems, and a strong professional network. He holds academic qualifications in Criminology and International Relations from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and the University of Antwerp, combining a deep understanding of cultures and institutions with hands-on execution in the business sphere.

He is the co-founder of Pretera (2021), a Brussels-based cybersecurity company operating across Albania, Belgium, and Kosovo, serving international clients in Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. Alongside his work in cybersecurity, Gega has also been actively developing business links between Albania, Belgium, and Kosovo in the wood-processing, interior design, and construction industries helping companies grow and connecting supply chains, partners, and investment opportunities.

With an extensive business and diplomatic network across multiple countries, he is a valuable contributor to EUBACCI’s mission of strengthening business and innovation ties across Europe and the Balkans.

Dhurim Deljiu is the CEO and Founder of Ora, an advisory, investment, and development group focused on transactions across Europe, the UK, and Southeastern Europe, with a particular emphasis on Albania. He also serves as an Advisor at Chayton Capital LLP, a London-based FCA-regulated investment firm, supporting its expansion into Albania and Kosovo.

Dhurim has extensive experience in private equity, real assets, and cross-border transactions across Europe, UK, MENA and Albania. His background spans advisory, private equity, and consulting roles, providing a broad perspective on complex investments. Previously, he worked at Eight Advisory in London and Brussels, covered European REITs at BNP Paribas in Brussels, and was part of the investment team at Gimv, a €1.8 billion AuM Euronext-listed investment company.

Within EUBACCI, Dhurim contributes strategic and financial expertise to support investment initiatives, capital flows, and institutional partnerships. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ghent University with an MSc in Finance and Risk Management and speaks Dutch, English, Albanian, and French.

Alban Duraku is a former lawyer admitted to the Brussels Bar and holds a Master’s degree in Law (with distinction) from the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB). He began his career in Luxembourg at Arendt & Medernach, where he focused on investment funds law, before joining LIME Avocats in Brussels, specializing in corporate law, M&A, and commercial law.
In 2024, he joined Alterys Law Firm, working primarily with Me Roland Hardy on matters involving alternative dispute resolution and financial law.
After leaving private legal practice, he transitioned toward the corporate and advisory sector and will be joining Forvis Mazars as a Senior M&A, where he will advise on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Fluent in French and Albanian, and proficient in English and Dutch, he brings strong expertise in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions.

Founder and Managing Partner of Proost & Partners Consultancy, with over 30 years of experience in international trade, transport law, and logistics. Former President of the Belgian Freight Forwarding Association, Chair of the CLP Commission of ICC Belgium, and Chair of the Belgian Incoterms 2020 Revision Commission, he is a recognized authority on Incoterms, supply chain governance, and trade facilitation.

A senior lawyer at the Brussels Bar with more than four decades of experience in international business law, arbitration, and mediation.

He is Vice-President of the Federation of Belgian Chambers of Commerce and has played an active role in supporting Belgium’s international trade and chamber governance.

A seasoned arbitrator and mediator in commercial and civil matters, he advises companies and institutions in Belgium on cross-border business law and dispute resolution.

He remains actively engaged in economic diplomacy and the promotion of ethical, transparent international business practices

Engjell Rrapaj is an Italy-based AI and IT executive with a computer science background from the University of Bologna. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the EU Belgian Albanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EUBACCI) and a Senior Solutions Engineer at Pomiager, working on GDPR, digital identity, Blockchain, IoT, and eIDAS compliance. His experience spans software entrepreneurship, branding and digital strategy, European compliance consulting, and public-sector projects for secure verifiable credentials. He is also CEO and co-founder of BoatVentours.com, a maritime tourism platform in Vlorë, Albania, integrating emerging technologies such as NFTs and digital mapping of travel experiences.

Brussels-based legal and insurance professional with expertise in liability, accident & health underwriting at Zurich Insurance.
She holds degrees in Law, Tax Law, and Real Estate Management from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Hogeschool Gent.
With experience across the public, legal, and financial sectors, she oversees EUBACCI’s operations, partnerships, and institutional coordination, supporting the Chamber’s mission to connect Belgium, Albania, and the European Union.

Flavia Kuqi is an architect by training and an entrepreneur with strong expertise across architecture, construction, and real estate development. She studied architecture at the École nationale supérieure d’architecture Paris–Malaquais (PSL University) and built a significant part of her professional experience in Paris (2003–2015). She later returned to Albania to lead her family’s construction company (2015–2023), overseeing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Now based in Belgium, Flavia advises on architectural and development initiatives and is active in cross-border consulting, including project coordination, stakeholder liaison, and strategic communications for real estate and construction projects. She also contributes to cultural and institutional initiatives within the Albanian diaspora, supporting EUBACCI’s mission to connect Belgian/EU expertise with Albania’s development priorities.
